Use of conveyance tags and MCO. (Some good Advice)

Islam Brothers...It is my knowledge that obtaining the MCO of a used conveyance is a lost cause. When a conveyance is sold to the consumer the dealer registers the sale as well as the conveyance with the State. They do this by sending what I call the True Title/MCO to the State. The dealer is under the spell that he has to do this by law which we know is an un-truth. To date I know of know one who has ever recovered the MCO after it has been sent to the State. And why would they send it to you? Through the registration of this document they, "The State" hold true title of the conveyance in question and thus it is under there Color of Law. But there are ways to remedy this and that is to simply file claim of the used conveyance on your UCC 1 or UCC 3. Now when it comes to obtaining the MCO at the point of buying a new conveyance all you have to do is ask for it. ("ask and you shall recieve" ..bible) But there are two things you should understand. 1. You have to ask the correct person. The avarage sales person has no idea what a MCO is. You need the Manager of the Dealership. You ask the manager for the MCO. 2. It is all in how you ask for the MCO. remember the manager is under the spell that he must register this document with the State. The manager is not going to give this document to a Citizen of the State. But he will give it to a foriengnor. Think for a moment...If a person from China comes to the US and decides to buy a car does he have to register the car with the State? No....The MCO is given to him so that he may prove that the car belongs to him. This person from China then registers his car with His State Agency in China. Dealers who have delt with diplomats do this as common practace. This is why you will find forighen plates on cars all over Washington DC. And these people drive without problems. You must ask for the MCO in your proper status and at that time you will get it from the dealer. You simply explain that you are a foringhnor and that you will need the MCO to register the conveyance with your Nation. You explain to the dealer that you will be installing your Nations Plates on your conveyance. Ask in this manner and the dealer will give the MCO. I know this to be true brothers for I have tested this knowledge myself and was told by the dealer that he would give me the MCO as long as I paid for the conveyance in full. When you have the MCO you claim it with your UCC 1 or UCC 3 along with a copy of your plates. You then put the so called athorities on notice in your State then you are done. Brothers and Sisters when you live a life in the proper person you must look at all things you do as a forighnor. .......Najib

Pardon my ignorance but, what does MCO stand for? I am in the process of obtaining a new car not 2009 Passat. You are mentioning some good points. I was wondering the same thing b/c of all of these so-called extra fees. Keep up the GOD Work.
