Social Rankings and Peerages

I always found the social class system to be very fascinating. People who know me know that I am kind of a "royal" buff and I have noticed that many seem to get confused about the difference between "Royal" and "noble" titles. I thought it would be interesting to include a little information on this subject for informational purposes more than anything. I actually tried to keep this classification system as fairly accurate as compared to the real world as I could with perhaps a few modifications. Remember, however, that your DM can adapt this system in a way to fit your campaign world if you are not using Hyerune. You may not even want to include all the various titles of nobility.

There are a couple key points you should keep in mind. The terms "Royal" and "Noble" are actually two completely different ranks and are not the same thing. Someone who is described as "Royal" comes from the ruling dynasty, or family, of a specific country. They would be somehow related to the king or queen or the ruling sovereign. The Royal Family usually includes the King and Queen, their children and grandchildren and sometimes even the brothers and sisters of the monarch. Someone who is purely "Noble" means that person is an aristocrat but not necessarily related to the ruling family. Often, these persons are wealthy landowners or war heroes who inherited their titles or were granted a "peerage," or noble title, from the monarch. In some countries, a noble may actually have more power, wealth, land or prestige than a royal person. A person of royal rank will generally outrank a person of noble rank, however, regardless of their title.

Below is a brief classification system of the social rankings and noble titles of Hyerune starting with the highest ranking title first? Titles on the same line are of equal rank.

Amendment 13 - Slavery Abolished.

1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

Amendment 14 - Citizenship Rights.

1. All Persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.

3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

4. The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

5. The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

What IS A PERSON?

This PERSON was created by using our birth certificates as the MCO (manufacturer's certificate of origin) & the state in which we were born as the "port of entry". This gave fictional government a fictional PERSON with whom to deal directly. This PERSON is a straw man.

What Is a Straw Man: A man of straw, one of no substance, put forward as bail or surety. This definition comes from Black's Law Dictionary, 6th. Edition, page 1421. Following the definition Black's we find the next word, Straw man. STRAWMAN: A front, a third party who is put up in name only to take part in a transaction. Nominal party to a transaction; one who acts as an agent for another for the purposes of taking title to real property & amp; executing whatever documents & amp; instruments the principal may direct. Person who purchases property for another to conceal identity of real purchaser or to accomplish some purpose otherwise not allowed. Webster's Ninth New Collegiate Dictionary defines the term "straw man" as: 1: a weak or imaginary opposition set up only to be easily confuted 2: a person set up to serve as a cover for a usually questionable transaction. The Straw man can be summed up as an imaginary, passive stand-in for the real participant; a front; a blind; a person regarded as a nonentity. The Straw man is in the "shadows". For quite some time a rather large number of people in this country have known that a man or woman's name, written in ALL CAPS or last name first, does not identify real, living people. Taking this one step further, the rules of grammar for the English language have no provisions for the abbreviation of people's names, ( i.e. ) initials are not to be used. As an example, John Adam Smith is correct. ANYTHING else is not correct. Not Smith, John Adam or Smith, JOHN A. or J. SMITH or J. A. SMITH or JOHN or any other variation. NOTHING, other than John Adam Smith identifies the real, living man. All other appellations identify either a deceased man or a fictitious man: such as a corporation or a STRAWMAN.

Over the years government, through its "public" school system, has managed to pull the wool over our eyes & amp; keep US ignorant of some very important facts. Because all facets of the media (print, radio, television) have an ever-increasing influence in our lives, & amp; because media is controlled (with the issuance of licenses, etc.) by government & amp; its agencies, we have slowly & amp; systematically been led to believe that any form/appellation of our names is, in fact, still us: as long as the spelling is correct. WRONG!

We were never told, with full & amp; open disclosure, what our government officials were planning to do & amp; but why? We were never told that the government (the United States) was a corporation, a private owned organization, a fictitious "person". We were never told that government had quietly, almost secretly, creating a shadow, a STRAWMAN for each & amp; every AMERICAN CITIZEN, that the government could not only "control", but also raise an almost unlimited amount of revenue - so it could continue not just to exist, but to GROW. We were never told that the government deals with the STRAWMAN. it is not dealing with real, living, men, women. We were never told, openly & amp; clearly with full disclosure of the facts of June 5, 1933 ( H.J.R.-192), and why haven't we been unable to pay our debts. We were never told that we had been pledged our children, their children, their children, on & on) as collateral, mere chattel, for the debt created by government officials who committed treason in doing so. We were never told that they quietly and, cleverly changed the rules, even the game itself, thats the world we perceive as real. it's all for their benefits. We were never told that the STRAWMANS -a fictional person, a creature of the state -thats subject to all the codes, statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances, etc., decreed by government, but that WE, the real man & woman, are not slaves. We were never told we were being treated as property, or still in slavery. (it maybe comfortably for some, but not me). While living in the land of the free find your freedom though proclaiming your "SOVEREIGN RIGHTS".

Sovereign:(1)-the chief of state in a monarchy: KING or QUEEN. (2)-Having supreme rank, authority, or power: A monarchy is a sovereign ruler. (3)-Not ruled or controlled by another government: independents: The United States is a Sovereign Nation.
