 Please be advised that we offer no guarantees, each person may experience different results.  They express your intentions, your corrected status and nationality for filing and or recording into the public record as an aid in enforcing your rights.  It is up to you to put it on the record properly and use these tools effectively.

 PHASE 1 – REDEMPTION: 

Within this phase you reclaim your Straw man by filing your UCC-1 (Cestui Qui Trust ) become a secured party, established your security agreement w/fiduciary bond.

 The Treasury Package which includes the Constructive Notice, Non Negotiable Bill of    Exchange, this establishes treasury account for transmitting utility (discharging debt). And last, the IRS Form 1040ES.

PHASE 2 - NATIONALIZATION/NATURALIZATION: 

 If you think you are black, white, African-American or any other commercial 14th amendment colorable term, then you have been mislead.  Did you know that there are treaties, constitutions, and uniform codes etc., that protect our pre-existing rights?

 In this phase you will receive your Moor/ Al Morca Nationalization Papers (The MOTS).  The MOTS includes Declaration of Political Status, Declaration of National Moorish Name & Title Reclamation, Declaration of Nationality & Constitutional Protection of Rights & Immunites, Tax Exempt Status, Lawful Notice, Registration-Citizen-Copyrights, and Common Law Name Correction.

PHASE 3 – PRIVATE TRUST AND SILVER SURETY BOND: 

This phase includes, IRS Form 56, this notifies to the IRS of termination of fiduciary relationship, Private Trust Indenture, and Private Surety Bond. (Refer to Moorish Lessons for additional info on Trusts and Bonds)

Total Preparation cost for Phase 3 NOTE:  Appropriate IRS forms MUST BE completed to receive necessary non obligatory tax exemptions and other advantages; at work and or where applicable. 

Phase 1 &2 MUST be completely done in order for Phase 3 to be completed.

Phase 4 – THE PHASE WITHIN ALL PHASES: 

This phase includes notarizing and recording ALL documents; acquiring proper apostle seals from the Department of State, Department of Justice, and putting your local county and state on notice of record of your corrected status and nationality. Also CM Bey Copyrights/ Citizenship/ Registration via Library of Congress and Department of Justice/UN Authorization.

NOTE:  This step MUST be done on your own initiative and is vital to have all jurisdictions honoring your status locally, nationally, internationally.
