REDEMPTION DOCUMENTS DEFINED
1. UCC 1 Financing Statement: These are notices or liens, that you as a living principle, place upon all property of the Debtor, i.e., your Strawman, via the Security Agreement (See 2). By filing this, all property of the debtor is pledged to the Secured Party, the Living You. The UCC is then placed on the Global UCC Records proving that the Living You has registered the paramount claim on the Legal You, your Strawman.
**It is recommended that you file a UCC-1 Financing Statement in your birth state and any other state you reside and/or have asset in.**
2. Security Agreement: This contract defines the rights in law or property as they relate to you as living principal, and your Strawman. It provides commercial ans legal support for the UCC-1.
3. Treasury Packge (Constructive Notice/ Non Negotiable Bill of Exchange): These documents are sent to John W. Snow, Secretary of the Treasury and Trustee of Bankruptcy. It lets him know that you will be transacting certain financial affairs through him in order to access the exemption we were all given when our lawful money was taken away in 1933, also referred to as a UCC Contract Trust. This is the basic step to be taken if you will be creating private bonds or bills of exchange. The completed process also notifies the Secretary of Treasury that the Secure Party, You, is now established with a prior, superior claim on all assets and liabilities of the Debtor. At that point, any liabilities can be presented to the secretary for processing and discharge through the UCC Contract Trust.
4. Writ/Right to Travel: This affidavit is submitted upon the demand of a drivers license, registration, or proof of insurance as part of the official record of any ensuring action and must be introduced in said action.
5. Hold Harmless Agreement: This document works well with the Specific Power of Attorney. It expressly holds You harmless from legal liability your real live sentiment self, from the liabilities that can be incurred by your strawman in Limitied Liability Actions.
6. Moor Al Morca Nationalization Papers ("THE MOTS"): This package consists of your Lawful Notices to put on the record to solidify your Nationality as part of the Moorish Nation and the Indigenous Republic with respect of the United States of America Incorporation. 9. Dejure Judicial Notice: This document is used when making a special appearance in court addressed to Judge, Magistrate, Prosecuting Attorney, Sheriff, or any other so-called "authority" that sites the violations they have committed against your Secure Person, supported by the constitutions, codes, and treaties they are sworn to uphold. This document is supported two fold when accompanied on record with The MOTS.
10. Demand to Vacate: This document is used when an unlawful conviction has been made on your Secure Person. It is addressed to the Judge, Magistrate, Prosecuting Attorney, Sheriff or any other so-called "authority" that sites the violations the have committed against your Secure Person, supported by the constitution, codes, and treaties ther are sworn to uphold. This document too, is supported two fold when accompanied on record with The MOTS.
11. Bill of Particulars: This is a letter that demands specific answers for the reason you recieved said presentment.
12. Trust (Real Estate, Land, Vehicle): Makes you trustee over all property so that it cannot be violated by the other commercial or private entities.
13. National ID Card: Self-explanatory, this is your Personalized National ID.
14. Secured Party Creditor ID: This card care be used when you need to have your Secured Party status recognized.
15. Motorist Qualification Card: A notarized affidavit in ID format that states your competency for operating a conveyance (a vehicle).
16. Debt Relief Package: See Treasury Documents.
17. Inheritance Package: Bloodline research/ Family Tree: Find out what property has been stolen from your family.
18. Conveyance/ Vehicle Plates: These are placed on your private automobile.
