PHASE 4 ::: "THE PHASE WITHIN ALL PHASES"
Due to a high demand for phase four recording information we have decided to post this info here....
Phase 4 actually starts at phase 1 and is applied throughout all phases. This phase includes notarizing and recording ALL documents for the record with appropriate county, city, state, national, international and so called federal departments and governing agencies; acquiring proper state apostle seals; seals from the Department of State, DC Authentication, Department of Justice. Letter to put attorny General on notice of record, and things of such.
It is important to Properly put your corrected status, nationality & pedigree on the record (Put them on notice). That way no agent of the U.S. of A corporation i.e. judge, police, sherif, lawer, procecutor, commercial agency, legal fiction, or admiralty law can lawfully deny your status.
If you are not in violation of the constitutions, treaties, and treastise that out line your pre-existing rights, they must cease and desist...
This gives us leverage as we continue playing on their stollen home court...
Also CM Bey Copyrights/ Citizenship/ Registration via Library of Congress and Department of Justice/UN Authorization freehold A1 Form available in Phase two.
NOTE: Phase 4 MUST be done on your own initiative and is vital to having all jurisdictions honoring your status locally, nationally, internationally.
Also Note that there is no getting around this phase no matter what 'Indigenous Set' you claiming.
As long as you still carry federal fiat in your pockets to do commerce, deal in, or tied to any type of commercial contract paper; this phase needs to be done 'one way or another'.
